We are pleased to offer direct billing for a variety of insurance providers and funding programs to help make counselling services more accessible.. When eligible, we can submit claims electronically on your behalf, reducing the amount of paperwork involved.

If you would like to use direct billing, please provide your insurance information before your appointment and confirm your coverage directly with your insurer.

My name is Amber Lowdermilk and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC-ACS #11675) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I have a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. I provide phone/video counselling and psychotherapeutic services for children, teens, adults and parents living in British Columbia.
